DMRC to conduct customer satisfaction survey
Commuters can participate in an online survey which has been started from March 18 to April 14 about the services provided by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). They can submit their feedback and suggestions on several parameters, including availability, accessibility, customer care and security, said a statement issued by the DMRC.
The Railway and Transport Strategy Centre in London is conducting the “Sixth Online Customer Satisfaction Survey” from March 18 to April 14.
“The main objective of the survey is to know what the commuters think about various aspects of Metro operations, and can give feedback or suggestions on improving the quality of service,” the statement said.
