Kulbhusan Case, Pakistan Urged ICJ to Expedite the Timetable
Pakistan urged International Court Of Justice (ICJ) to expedite timetable for an early substantive hearing of the Kulbhusan Jadav case Today (8th June), according to media reports coming from The Hague. As per the reports, The delegations of India and Pakistan today meet the ICJ President Ronny Abraham to discuss the timeline in the Jadav case. they discussed the procedural matters with him. The Indian National and retired Navy Officer Kulbhusan Jadav was sentenced to death by a Pakistan Military court for alleged espionage against Pakistan. On May 8th, India moved to ICJ against the death Penality. The next day the International Court gave Jadav a lease of life by giving a stay order on the death sentence as a provisonal measure.
