Team India Chief Coach Anil Kumble Step down from the Post
Team India Chief Coach Anil Kumble step down from the post after a meeting with the BCCI General Secretary Amitabh Choudhury on Tuesday. He took over as the coach in June last year and today (Tuesday) was the last day of his contract. He was asked to continue for the West Indies tour before the Cricket Advisory Committee pick the next coach. But, Kumble denied and conveyed his decision to BCCI that he could not continue as the BCCI coach. Indian Cricket legend Kumble has performed impressively in both Test and One day (ODI) format in his tenure as the Chief Coach of Team India. But, he has some short of differences with Team India Captain Virat Kohili, that made him to quite the offer to continue further.
